Rania’s Corner ships internationally and locally. We accept cash on delivery payment option within Dubai only.

International orders may take approximately 3 -14 business days for delivery (depending on your location).

We now offer Free Shipping worldwide!

Free Shipping Policy

    • Free Shipping applies to International and Local orders.
    • There is a 48 hour processing time on all orders that do not include FRIDAYS.
    • Item will not ship on FRIDAYS.
    • Not refundable or returnable.
    • Any item bought is a final sale. No returns will be accepted, exchange and refund are not permitted. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more details. 
    • We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
  • Free Shipping applies to all items and there’s no minimum purchase required.
  •  International orders will be delivered on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis,  which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.   • International orders will be delivered on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis,  which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Customs and Import Duties (International)

  • For most shipments, customs/tax and import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
  • Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be borne by you once your parcel reaches your country.
  • You can contact your local customs office to find about customs duties for your country before you place an order so that you’re not surprised when these duties are levied.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.

Shipping & delivery

  • Which shipping options are available within the UAE?

All orders placed online before 3 PM (UAE Time) for delivery within Dubai will be delivered on the next day, except Fridays. Order placed after 3 pm will take a maximum of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Order will not ship on FRIDAYS.

As your order will be processed and sent directly to your door, please make sure someone is available to collect it. Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays. While we will try our best to expedite delivery, raniascorner.com cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays which occur as a cause of circumstances beyond our control.

  • Which courier service do you use?

We use UPS. After your order has been dispatched, please arrange a suitable drop off time and location with them.

  • Can I collect my order from the Rania’s Corner store in City Walk Dubai?

Yes, simply select the ‘Collect in Store’ option while in the shipping step of the checkout process. Please bring a copy of the order confirmation and your ID. Orders can be collected from Sales Counter, While we will call or email to remind you if you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days please get in touch with us through email @info@raniascorner.com or call us on 04 271 7457. You can authorize someone to pick up an order on your behalf, please provide the individual with a signed letter of consent with their name, phone number and Emirates ID details to be presented in store.

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

  • Do you accept cash on delivery option?

Yes, we do cash on delivery payment option within Dubai only.
