  • What countries do you ship to?

                We ship internationally and locally.

  • How can I check my order delivery status?

              Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information.

  • How long will delivery take?

              Within the UAE, orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.Order placed from other countries will be delivered within 3-14 working days depending on your location. Please note that on occasions, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

  • What methods of payment does the website accept?

                Credit card and Debit card. We offer cash on delivery within Dubai only.

  • How do I change my personal information?

                Log into your account, go to my account > my details to update.

  • Can I return my items in the store?

  • Can I use my online store credit in store?

               Yes, just contact info@raniascorner.com in order to assist you with your request. Remember, store credit is valid only for 6 months.

  • How can I use my store credit?

               Simply email us @ info@raniascorner.com

  • How do I return an item?

               Send an email to info@raniascorner.com. The team will then guide you through the return process or check this link http://www.raniascorner.com/returns-and-exchanges/

  • I ordered items by mistake / I ordered 2 of the same item by mistake.

               Items are stored in customer’s baskets if they are logged in. If the customer does not realise this, they may order the same item twice. If this happens, please contact customer care ASAP with name and order number so that we can amend the order before it is dispatched.

  • Do I have to use UPS to return my order?

                 You can use any mail service provider. However, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage and tracking number as the items are responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

  • Do you offer next day delivery?

                It depends on your location but we will try to make this happen if you are just within UAE. Please leave this as a comment in the comments box at checkout.  Alternatively please contact the customer care team.

  • Why do I need to sign for my order?

                For security reasons, and to ensure that your parcel arrives, UPS requires a signature for proof of receipt.

  • What packaging will my order come in?

                We pack all items up in our special Rania’s Corner branded packaging. If you have any specific requirements just leave us a note in the comments box at checkout.

  • Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

               As long as your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to amend it for you. Please contact info@raniascorner.com.

  • What currencies do you accept?

For now, all payments are processed in AED.

  • Is there any expiry date for Store Credit?

Store credit is valid only for 6 months.

  • I have made multiple orders online, Can you guys ship them all together?

Yes, if orders are still on process and not yet dispatched.

  • How do I know if you guys will restock the item?

  • Can I return the item I bought online in store?

  • Can I exchange the item I bought online?

Sorry, but we don’t do an online exchange at this moment.
