Return & Exchange Policy

Sorry, but we have the right to refuse service to any persons acting in a disruptive manner enjoy your shopping experience.

 

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all RANIA’S CORNER and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase (s ), you can return within 7 days from when the item was received. The return shipping within UAE will cost you 35 AED.

For all returns outside UAE,  you can use any mail service provider. However, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage and tracking number as the items are responsibility of the customer until they reach us. Remember any customs tax and duties applied to the parcel are customer responsibility.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased on sale and or with Free Shipping offer.
  • Underwear, swimwear, beachwear and bodysuits
  • Accessories including jewellery, hair accessories, hats, belts, sunglasses, scarves, bags and intimates
  • Items which are missing tags have been worn, altered or washed

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER (UAE CUSTOMERS)

Send an email to info@raniascorner.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. The customer care team will then organize a time and day for your collection and a shipping fee of 50 AED within UAE, will be deducted from the amount of your purchase(s).

For all returns outside UAE,  you can use any mail service provider. However, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage and tracking number as the items are responsibility of the customer until they reach us. Remember any customs tax and duties applied to the parcel are customer responsibility. Any unpaid customs tax and duty charges incurred will be deducted from the amount of your purchase (s).

RETURNS PROCESSING

For full priced items, we’ll refund the price you paid (minus any shipping fees ) back to your original method of payment, or as store credit (valid for 6 months). Sale items and or with free shipping offer are non-refundable.

All goods will be inspected on return. We try to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be at our discretion. We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Qualifying returns are processed as soon as they are received, and notification of receipt will be sent via email. Refunds will be processed within 10 -45 working days.

 

Exchanges

Sorry, but we don’t do an online exchange at this moment.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We do not offer cash refunds instead we offer 6 months store credit. (Except beachwear, swimwear, underwear, footwear, accessories, and discounted items)
